Dave Owen
Dave Owen has been a specialist On-Line Fitness Coach and Personal Trainer since leaving H.M Armed Forces in 2008. Qualified in Sports Nutrition and a regualr UKBFF mens physique competitor Dave will guide you through any of your physique goals in a friendly, fun and achievable way.

Trained By Dave On-line training has produced countless results for 100's of people from all walks of life. Careful planning and design of all programmes ensures maximum results are easily obtainable within existing lifestyles.
